AAC Communication Book Pages  Directions: Print all of the blank boards, place them on card stock, and laminate. Once the blank boards are laminated, place the velcro (with hook) on the empty spaces on each board. Then, use a hole punch and place all boards in a binder.  Alternately, you can  hang the boards on a bulletin board in the classroom so that the children have immediate access to the boards.  I do both so that the children can also use the communication book at home.  After this is completed, laminate the boards that contain the pictures, cut out the pictures, and place velcro (with loop) on the back of each picture.   Arrange the pictures on the blank communication board in any order you like.  Then, teach the children to use the pictures to create 3-4 word sentences on the sentence strip at the bottom of each board.   Created by Jennifer Kupchik.  Posted 9/13/09.
