We all have those days. You know the ones I mean, when the paperwork, the IEPs, the kids, the parents, and the principal all gang up on you at once, when you wonder how you'll make it through the day, much less to retirement! And then....

Then something happens to break the tension, restore your sanity, and remind you of why you went into education in the first place. Maybe it was a big event (a pay raise? HAH!) or maybe it was just a fleeting moment, a minor triumph, or a word of appreciation, but it brought a smile to your face and made the job rewarding once again.
